At Dua Lipa Official, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email confirmation.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
